A business woman identified as Mrs Betty Kermo around Ekrejeta in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, was allegedly attack by group of robbers at gunpoint were at least 20,000 was stolen from her.
The State Police Commissioner, Mr. Muhammad Mustafa, who confirmed the incident to DAILY POST, said upon the report of the matter to the police, they swung into action, and arrested two of the suspects, adding that the victim was rescued by fishermen.
He said the suspects arrested will be charged to court after completing the investigation.
