Imo state Governor Rochas Okorocha Said he as released 7,5bn for the renovation of the government owned primary and secondary schools.
He said this during the unveiling and distribution of new school bags, educational materials as well as financial donation.The Governor is said to have also distributed uniforms,desk,sandals etc. and has also employed over four thousand teachers to facilitate the foundation of free education in the state.
According to him i have just come to dramatize our love for education. Education is our number one industry and the best gift you can gift a child is education. And today we can see that free education has done well in imo.
