A suicide bomber suspect has been arrested close to Bakassi Internally Displaced Persons camp in Maiduguri.
The suspect identified as Zara Idriss was seen by the policemen near the area who quickly swung into action.
The suspect was prevented from escaping and the police quickly diffused the bomb.
It is reported that the suspect is currently in the police custody.
The residents of that area has been advised by the state commissioner ,not to panic and to quickly report any suspicious movements to the near by police.
