Minister of Finance Kemi Adeosun, Defense Minister, Mansur Dan-Ali and the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria Godwin Emefiele, on Tuesday has been summoned by the Senate for withdrawing 462$ to purchase helicopters from theconsolidated revenue account.
Senator Samuel Anyanwu called for a thorough investigation of the matter Citing sections 80 of the 1999 constitution.
The Senate has told it's committee to investigate the matter because, it was done without recourse to the National assembly and runs contrary to the provisions of the constitution.
